About the Workshop:
Seniors and family, come celebrate the body through movement and community! This workshop kicks off with legendary dancer Myna Majors, showcasing her recent Revival dance inspired from the history of Harlem neighborhoods. Myna will be facilitating a workshop on how bodies can express shared histories through group movement. The workshop includes mobility exercises, light strength building and a creative group dance for everyone. Exercise your creativity muscles and join us for an afternoon of fun and celebration!
