About the Class:
This class is designed through the use of breath and movement from the center line of the body. The class begins with a workout that warms up the torso, stretches the legs, and prepares the body for standing work. The standing work emphasizes the coordination of full body movement with the use of the breath. The class progresses across the floor, using traveling phrases to build movement vocabulary.
